JYS Vibes LLC (“JYS Vibes,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website jysvibe.com and sells consumer electronics and outdoor electronic products online, including through the Amazon marketplace. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, process, store, use, share, and dispose of personal information. By using our website or purchasing from us, you agree to the practices described here.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect only the information needed to operate our business:

• Order and account information: your name, shipping and billing address, email address, phone number, and details of the products you purchase.
• Payment information: payments are processed by our payment providers. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.

Amazon SP-API Data Handling Addendum

This Addendum governs JYS Vibes LLC’s handling of information received through the Amazon Selling Partner API (“Amazon Information”), including personal information of Amazon buyers (“Amazon Buyer PII”). For Amazon Information, this Addendum takes precedence over any other section of this Privacy Policy.

Collection

We retrieve through the Selling Partner API only the data required to operate our own Amazon seller account: listing, pricing, and inventory data; order details; buyer name, shipping address, and contact details where provided; shipment and tracking data; buyer messages; and settlement and fee reports.

Use

Amazon Buyer PII is used solely to fulfill orders, purchase shipping labels, provide tracking, process returns and warranty service, respond to buyer inquiries, and investigate security incidents. Amazon Buyer PII is never used for marketing, advertising, profiling, audience building, analytics unrelated to fulfillment, or the training of AI or machine-learning models, and it is never combined with data from other sources for such purposes.

Sharing

Amazon Buyer PII is disclosed only to the shipping carrier or Amazon shipping service selected at label purchase, limited to the name, address, contact details, and package information required to deliver the order, transmitted over encrypted (TLS 1.2+) connections. It is never sold, rented, brokered, or shared with any other third party. The permission-based marketing provisions elsewhere in this Privacy Policy do not apply to Amazon Information.

Protection

Amazon Information is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2 or higher and at rest using AES-256. Access is restricted to personnel with a need to know, through unique accounts protected by multi-factor authentication, and access activity is logged. Credentials and API tokens are stored in an encrypted password manager or secrets vault and are never hard-coded or shared.

Retention and disposal

Amazon Buyer PII is retained for no more than 30 days after shipment or delivery of the order, after which it is securely deleted or cryptographically erased, unless a longer period is required by applicable law (for example, tax or accounting obligations), in which case only the legally required data is kept for the legally required period under the same protections.

Incidents

Any security incident that may involve Amazon Information is investigated immediately under our incident response process, and Amazon is notified in accordance with its security policies.
